Lobster Macaroni and Cheese Au Gratin

Made this one over the weekend…gotta tell you though…preparing this meal goes best with an ice cold Kir Royale (thanks Patti for introducing us).

So yeah, lobster mac and cheese! It was damn good. Surprisingly, I had quite a bit leftover even WITH Allan as one of my dinner guests!

Well, there is not much to say really. It was delicious and I recommend it. I mean, how can you not like lobster…and homemade mac and cheese (I don’t wanna say anything, but there may be something very wrong with you if you don’t)?

Listen up: For those of you sans gallbaldders and also for those with sensitive tummies, do heed the new “methane meter” I have incorporated into my blog. It is designed to use as a guide…to protect you. Or maybe your guests actually. Either way it’s a scale from 1 - 5 (one being the lowest risk of methane expulsion, 5 being the highest risk-level). If there isn’t a “methane meter” posted then it didn’t register on my scale. And remember the golden rule: what makes one gaseous may not make another gaseous. Know your bodies and KNOW that this dish has tons of cheese…do the math, peeps!
