		<description>Bicep meat this was not, though the marinade is the key. The lemon juice did a wonderful job tenderizing what otherwise could have been a tough piece of meat. The marrying of the marinade's flavors was amazing. We had this last night with a salad and Japanese dressing - they were a delicious combination.</description>
